This transitions into a Qi Gong practice—gentle, fluid movements designed to circulate Qi (life-force energy) and remove energetic blockages, leaving you feeling vibrant and ready to receive.
Reflect: The Navigator’s Card
With a clear mind, we turn to the subconscious. Each participant will pull a personal one-card Tarot reading. Rather than passive fortune-telling, this card serves as a mirror to your current path, offering the specific clarity needed to turn your abstract desires into a concrete plan of action.
Manifest: The Stillness Within
Once the path is clear, we plant the seed. We will enter a guided meditation focused on the "Future Self." In the quiet space of the New Moon, we’ll visualize our intentions not as distant dreams, but as current realities, felt deeply within the body.

To conclude, we bring our intentions into the material world. You will assemble a personal crystal grid, choosing stones that resonate with your specific goals. This grid acts as a battery, nurturing the "seeds" you’ve planted and amplifying your intentions long after the night ends.
