A common benefit of meditation, stress reduction can improve overall well-being and create a safe space to process and release the things you want to let go of.
Reiki
Each participant will receive a short, hands on reiki boost from Deborah, designed to help balance and clear the energy system.
Salt
45 minutes of salt therapy will also assist in detoxifying the body and reducing stress.
