Cost is $15 The Red Barn will hold Sacred Ceremony led by Stephanie Rosally-Kaplan and Janice Juliano to honor the darkest night of the year and to welcome the New Light.

What to expect: Medicine Wheel, honoring the Directions - to create a Sacred Circle; drumming to raise the vibration; cleansing ritual to assist in letting go of what is no longer needed in one's life and if weather permits, a fire ceremony in the fire pit in the back of The Barn to welcome the new light - return of the sun.

Cost will be $20. Refreshments will be provided. Located at The Red Barn.

Lets get together in a safe and nurturing room at The Red Barn and provide and receive support for each woman. We will discuss your issues, your wisdom. We will discuss pre and post menopause, goddess lore, participate in meditation and do some fun art activities. We will also have some awesome guest speakers. Most of all we will enhance empowerment!!

The focus will be an eclectic mix of indigenous teachings, Earth spirituality, Goddess teachings, guided imagery-meditations, music, drumming, expressive movement, sharing and connection with others.
