During this class we will discuss Nutrition and other factors that affect Gut Health.
With growing interest in the human digestive tract, many individuals are curious about overall gut health. Throughout the gastrointestinal tract are bacteria, fungi, and archaea, also known as the gut microbiota. The gut microbiota plays an essential role in metabolism, nutrition, and immune function. We will explore nutrients, enzymes, prebiotics, probiotics, hydration, and exercise for a healthier gut.
