Join me for a sacred cacao ceremony designed to open your heart and deepen your connection to yourself and community. We'll gather with ceremonial-grade cacao, an ancient plant medicine. You'll experience the heart-opening properties of cacao while connecting with like-minded souls in a safe, nurturing space.

After sharing cacao, you will be grounded further into the medicine with a sound healing experience featuring a variety of instruments to help heal your body on a cellular level and heighten feelings of relaxation. Expect guided meditation, breathwork, and journal prompts to deepen you experience.

Please bring a mat or blanket to sit/lay on, a journal/pen, water and an eye mask if you want to go deeper during the sound experience.
