Meet with Gina Barbetta, Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist to discuss the impact that Nutrition has on Anxiety and Depression.

During this 1 ½ hour interactive class, we will examine the following nutrients and supplements and how they relate to mental health: 1) Carbohydrates, Protein and Fat 2) Vitamins and Minerals 3) Supplements/Alternative Medicine and 4) Different diet alternatives.

Gina Barbetta MS, RD, CD-N is Registered Dietitian (RD) with a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine and the Vegetarian Practice group. Gina has over twenty five years of nutrition experience. Her experience is diverse and includes nutrition counseling of adults and children, research, publishing, teaching and program development. Gina is energetic and enthusiastic. Her passion is holistic nutrition and she looks forward to helping individuals unlock the incredible healing powers of food.
