Training Agenda: Accessing the Akashic Records (Beginner Level)
This introductory training is designed to provide a foundational understanding of the Akashic Records and the practical skills needed to access them for personal and professional growth.
1. Welcoming & Foundations
• Introductions: Meet your facilitators and fellow participants.
• The Wisdom of the Records: A brief history and clear definition of what the Akashic Records are (and aren't).
• Navigating the Experience: Guidelines for the session and what to expect during your first connection.
2. Centering & Alignment
• Opening Meditation: A guided visual journey to align your energy.
• Breathwork: Specialized techniques to shift your state of consciousness and establish a "neutral" frequency.
• Oracle Insight: A one-card Akashic Oracle reading to set a personal theme for the training.
3. The Art of Accessing the Records
• Opening Prayer Review: A deep dive into the sacred invocation used to enter the Records.
• Grounding & Integration: Practice utilizing breathwork for stability.
• Optional: Reiki will be offered to participants to enhance relaxation and energetic grounding during this phase.
• Reading for Self & Others: Step-by-step instruction on how to facilitate readings for your own journey and for the benefit of others.
4. Practical Application
• Group Practice: Hands-on experience reading for peers in a supportive, supervised environment.
• Open Discussion: A space to share experiences, ask questions, and troubleshoot the connection process.
5. Closing & Next Steps
• Final Reflections: Reviewing key takeaways and how to continue your practice at home.
• Closing Ceremony: Integrating the day's energy before concluding the session.
