I. Arrival: The Sensory Scent-Bar & Oracle Entry-10am
Before the main ceremony begins, guests enter a space filled with soft incense and ambient tones.
*Essential Oil Potions: At the “Alchemy Station” guests draw an Oracle card.
Based on the card’s frequency, they receive a bespoke essential oil potion applied to their pulse points to set their intention for the afternoon.
*Journal Prompts: Each guest is handed a small parchment with a “Soul Inquiry”-a prompt to ponder during the opening , such as “What ancient wisdom is my lineage waiting for me to reclaim?
II. Activation: Dancing Through Your Chakras @10:45am
To move stagnant energy, release old timelines, thereby establishing soul coherence, the group enters a guided movement session *The Flow: Starting with the primal beats from indigenous traditions for the root chakra as we progress through all the chakras, ending at the ethereal, inspired frequency of the crown.
*The Purpose: This isn’t about “dance moves”; it’s about somatic release—letting the body shake out what the mind can’t yet name, to then experience viscerally the ease and joy of the desired timeline.
III. The Deep Dive: Shamanic Journey & Akashic Gallery @11:30am
Once the body is open and tired, the group transitions to a seated or lying position.
Shamanic Journey: To the steady beat of a snare drum, guests are guided into a trance state to meet a power animal or spirit guide. @12pm The guests will be invited to write in their journals to anchor the impressions, colors, symbols experienced during their journey.
@12:15pm Break for silent/quiet lunch to maintain and support integration Akashic Records (gallery style): @1:00pm The facilitator enters the “Akashic Field” for the group. In a gallery style, collective “soul readings’ are offered, channeling messages that that resonate for everyone in the room, interspersed with Light Language (vocalized frequencies) to bypass the logical mind.
IV. Expression: Intuitive Art Integration @2pm
While still in the “afterglow” of the Akashic Records, guests move to their art stations. *The Process: Using charcoal, watercolors, or pastels, guests transcribe the colors, symbols, or feelings they experienced during their journey and the Akashic Record session. The Goal: Using images colors and shapes to anchor a spiritual experience into a physical form you can take home.
V. Integration: Sound Healing and Light Language @2:30pm Total surrender . *Sound Bath and silence with Light Language to seal the aura and integrate the day’s work.
