During this class, we will look at the Root Chakra, Family and the Holidays. 

We will discuss different healing modalities aimed at healing the root chakra including essential oils, crystals, meditation, yoga poses and energy healing - You will create your own sample of a "grounding" essential oil blend. Take home your essential oil blend and a grounding healing reiki infused" gemstone!
