Lauren Eastwood is the owner of LB Healing LLC and is a reiki practitioner, sound healer and cacao facilitator. After 15+ years in the corporate world, she felt called to step onto a very different path—one rooted in healing, presence, and deeper connection. Her own health challenges and personal losses brought that call into clearer focus, urging her to step back, reassess, and begin the journey of healing. She now creates gentle, intentional containers for others to explore their own unique healing journey whether in a 1:1 session or as a group in ceremony. She has trained with top reiki teachers in CT, under Katie Cavenagh for sound healing (a fellow Red Barn practitioner), and with Ora Cacao, a leader in the manufacturing of ceremonial cacao and education around it.
