Qi Gong

Qi Gong means practicing exercises that allow the Qi to flow throughout the body. Like Yoga, Qi gong has been practiced for thousand of years. This class starts with standing Qi Gong exercises for beginners and then flows into Yang Style Tai Chi. Tai Chi is the martial art form of moving energy that was created from Qi Gong 600 years ago. There will be brief meditation integrating breathe-work with a combination of chanting, gongs, singing bowls, and aromatherapy, at the end of each class.

Tong Ren

An energy healing therapy developed by Tom Tam as an integral part of the Tom Tam Healing System. It is based on the premise that illness is related to interruptions, or blockages, in the body's natural flow of: blood, neural bioelectricity, blood, hormones and chi (life force energy).

During the Tong ren classes, people will sit and receive energy. 3 things will be tapped on for each person. Group energy healing will be received. After Tong Ren, a quick tune up with Tui Na technique may be performed. Healing tools will be used to assist the healing process. Aromatherapy, Crystals, Sound healing and more.

Tui Na is acupressure techniques similar to an acupuncturist but the practitioner lets qi flow through their body and uses pressure with the energy to open up acupoint blockages on the meridians (energy pathways) of the body of the client.
